IMAGINE (formerly known as VICOBA Plus) is moving mindsets from “I Need” to “We Have” in East Africa, and across the world.
People have started re-imagining a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities. The process sits somewhere between a practical MBA, community building, and life-coaching, and it’s distributed for free.
No money is given the groups, instead, trained facilitators work alongside communities to support them in innovating their own solutions.
As a result, people are buying land, paying school fees, running successful businesses, supporting themselves in their later years, overcoming mental health challenges and loneliness, and challenging gender inequality.

Ugandan, David Clemy had a crazy idea: what if people were their own problem AND their own solution? He founded IMAGINE (formerly VICOBA Plus) in 2014 to support communities into agency and out of poverty.
